SRT Guarantees Your Mileage Pay Monthly

SRT Introduces the Reward & Award Incentive Program for Solo Drivers

Effective August 1st 2007 and running thru the end of November 2007 SRT will guarantee you get paid at your payrate * for 10,175 miles monthly for all Solo Drivers

*Payrates are based upon your verifiable experience level:

Other pay incentives:

• $300 Summer Sign on bonus potential paid on 1st paycheck following orientation
• .05 cpm Hazmat pay for all placarded loads
• $100 paid for crossing across Canadian Border
• $16 per hr Detention paid after the 1st 2 hours at shipper or receiver – 8 hr maximum
• $10 Drop Pay after the first and last delivery
• $60 Layover pay after 24 hrs beginning at 5 p.m.
• Per Diem Available
• Trainer Pay .03 cpm per mile at end of the Training Program

This 10,175 mile per month guaranteed pay scale is for Fulltime OTR Solo Drivers hired after August 1, 2007

Guarantee pay is paid as a bonus at the end of the month.. ie.. you are paid weekly if at the end of the month you ran 9, 500 miles you will receive a bonus for the difference of the 10, 175 miles less the 9500 miles at your payrate.. ie.. 5 year driver: (difference)= 675 miles x .365 = 246.38 bonus.

Terms to be paid: (Things that you should be doing anyway)

We want you to work and enjoy your job, terms include:

• Delivering on time / Picking up on time
• Not refusing loads
• Coming out of hometime on time
• Performance issues
• (1) performance issue will result in loss of guarantee pay for that month

This scale can be reviewed and revised at the discretion of Tony Smith at any time.

Requirements:

1. Have a class A CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement
2. Have at least 6 months OTR experience OR
3. Be a graduate of a driving school*
4. Be at least 23 years old
5. Have a good driving record
6. Pass DOT drug screen and physical requirements and
7. Meet or exceed all other federal, state, insurance, and company policies, rules, or regulations for qualification.

*Drivers with less than 6 months experience will be reviewed to go on as a Trainee.
