Experienced Drivers
Experienced truck drivers enjoy immediate, comprehensive benefit coverage

- 1 year experience 39¢-42¢ per mile
- 3 years experience 40¢-43¢ per mile
- 5+ years experienced 41¢-45.5¢ per mile
Owner-Operator
The mileage-based lease option is a great opportunity for those who are new
to the business or for those who want to concentrate more on the "trucking"
end of the business.
- Schneider offers $.90 per mile, plus accessorial pay averaging $1.20
per mile
- Cost of base plates and permits are covered by Schneider
