Man and woman caught in Kenner with stolen truck, steaks

A driver stopped for not wearing her seat belt and her passenger were both arrested after Kenner police discovered the meat-company truck she was driving and the freezer full of steaks had been reported stolen from Missouri, according to Kenner police....
