You have completed the first step by being qualified and approved to come in
for Orientation, second step is calling in to 877-244-7293 or

To be qualified for employment at SRT you must:
- OTR, Regional and Dedicated only
- No more than 3 tickets in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 incidents/accidents in the last 5 years
- Have a current license Class A CDL
- Have at least 6 months OTR experience OR
- Be a graduate of a driving school *
- Be at least 23 years old
- Have a good driving record
- Pass DOT drug screen and physical requirements and
- Meet or exceed all other federal, state, insurance and company policies, rules, or regulations for qualification.
* Drivers with less than 6 months experience will be reviewed to go on as a Trainee.
Home Time:
- 2 weeks out - 2 days home time
- 3 weeks out - 4 days home time
- 4 weeks out - 5 days home time
- 5 weeks out - 6 days home time
- 6 weeks out - 7 days home time

SRT now has the opportunity to obtain your insurance for you
Other pay incentives:
- .05 cpm Hazmat pay for all placarded loads
- $100 paid for crossing across Canadian Border
- $16 per hr Detention paid after the 1st 2 hours at shipper or receiver 8 hr maximum
- $10 Drop Pay after the first and last delivery
- $60 Layover pay after 24 hrs beginning at 5 p.m.
- Hazmat pay - 5 cents per mile extra for all placarded loads hauled
- Trainer Pay .03 cpm per mile at end of the Training Program
