COMPANY
Company drivers can earn up to 41 cpm plus $40 tarp pay and 1 cpm safety bonus. Drivers with only three months OTR can earn 35 cpm. All company drivers receive a full benefits package including BCBS health, vision, and dental insurance. We also offer 401(k) Retirement Program, Paid vacations, Home Christmas Day, Safety Reward Bonus Program, Pass it On Bonus, Paid Orientation, and liberal rider program. Our average driver is making well over $50,000 per year.
CONTRACTORS
Contractors for Melton earn a base pay of 90 cpm plus $40 tarp pay and unlimited fuel adjustments. Most drivers are making $1.20 pm! We also offer all contractors paid base plates, permits, tolls, and scales, $105 NYC borough pay, $40 stop off pay, and minimum load pay. The average contractor's gross pay is $117,000.
