Roehl the Be Home More Carrier:
- National - If out 7-10 days home 2 days or out 11-17 days home 3 days
- Regional - Home weekly with 34 to 48 hours off
- Guaranteed Hometime Plus
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- 7 days on / 3 days off - 7days on / 4 days off

Roehl the Take Home More Carrier:
- Pay rank top 10 in the nation
- Mileage pay $.30 to $.40 cents per mile depending on experience and fleet
- Practical route mileage pay - more pay for miles driven
- Safety and performance bonuses
- Annual mileage bonus

- Per diem pay option - less taxes more weekly take home
- Driver referral bonus
- Sign-on/Stay-on bonus - Up to $3,000

Roehl Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL
- Have a good driving record - no more than 3 accidents/moving violations in the last three years
- DUIs considered after 5 years - no more than one ever
- Felonies considered after 7 years
- Pass DOT drug screen and physical
- Must meet or exceed all other federal, state, insurance, and company policies, rules, or regulations for qualification
