Truck Associations of America

After you officially become a truck driver by getting a CDL, it is time to consider whether you’ll be a member of any trucking associations. There are hundreds of associations across the nation in cities, states, and regions. With many of these trucking associations, such as the American Trucking Associations or OOIDA, you pay a fee for a membership and get a lot of benefits in return.

There are many reasons why trucking associations may be a good idea to join. Advocacy for truckers, deals and discounts, and a sense of community to name a few.
